1. As always, payment in full for practices is expected at the
beginning of the season for the C-team. All other players may pay in
full, purchase a 7-practice pass or pay per practice.
2. If a player has a problem making the full practice payment, she
must arrange a payment schedule with the treasurer and stick to it.
3. Anyone who has an account that is not in good standing will not be
allowed to attend practice or play in games until she is caught up. The
treasurer will notify team managers if there are any delinquent players
and that manager is required to notify the player that she must restore
her account to good standing before she can again take the ice.
4. "Pay as you go" members should plan to pay at every
practice they attend. Team managers or their designated subs will
collect these payments and pass them along to the treasurer.
5. Team managers will notify players of the total cost of upcoming
games and tournaments and require them to pay in full, in advance.
Players will not be allowed to take the ice at games unless they have
paid.
6. Payment amounts for games are set based on a -promise- by a
certain number of players that they will attend. Because it is unfair to
raise the cost at the last minute due to dropouts, a player who commits
to a game and pays, then drops out at the last minute, will not be
reimbursed. She may find a sub that may take her spot.
